So what is the role all about?
The Recording Engineering group is looking for a strong Lead Program Manager to join its leadership team and drive execution excellence across our global organization. This is a strategic role focused on leading complex cross-functional programs, improving operational discipline, managing budget planning and tracking, and increasing engineering productivity. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent execution skills, and the ability to turn leadership decisions into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
A key part of the role will be to introduce better ways of working using AI tools, AI agents, automation, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve visibility, reduce manual work, identify risks earlier, track costs, and increase team efficiency.You will work closely with Engineering managers, Architects, Product managers, QA leads, DevOps, Support, Finance, Cloud Operations, and senior leadership.
How will you make an impact?
Own group-level execution, planning, tracking, budget planning, and operational governance.
Track group budget, identify gaps, and support cost control decisions.
Monitor cloud costs, identify optimization opportunities, and drive cloud cost-saving initiatives.
Translate leadership decisions into clear actions and drive follow-up across teams.
Lead complex cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Finance, Cloud Operations, and Support.
Manage program scope, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
Build clear dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility for leadership, including execution, budget, cloud cost, and efficiency metrics.
Use AI tools and AI agents to automate routine activities, improve reporting, identify risks, support cost analysis, and streamline workflows.
Drive productivity and efficiency improvements across the group.
Improve Agile, DevOps, release readiness, and execution processes.
Synchronize teams across sites to support releases, commitments, and major initiatives.
Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement based on data and team feedback.
Have you got what it takes?
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Release Manager, or similar role in a global high-tech environment.
Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering leaders and architects.
Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs.
Experience with budget planning, budget tracking, cost control, and operational reporting.
Experience with cloud cost tracking, cloud cost optimization, or FinOps processes.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to create clarity, ownership, and accountability.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, program management tools, dashboards, KPIs, and operational best practices.
Experience using GenAI, automation, analytics tools, or AI agents to improve productivity and execution.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, self-managed, structured, and a strong team player.
Fluent in English
