As a Technical Lead, you will lead the development of modern cloud-based applications, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. Working within a global Agile team, you will drive frontend excellence using React and TypeScript, contribute to cloud-native architecture on Azure, mentor developers, and help deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that support hearing care professionals worldwide. What you will do Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable cloud-based web applications. Drive frontend development using React and TypeScript while contributing to backend and cloud architecture. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices. Contribute to architectural discussions, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you bring Experience 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core. Experience building cloud-native applications using Azure, microservices, serverless technologies, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of software design principles, domain-driven design, clean code, TDD, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development practices. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and make sound architectural decisions. Personal competencies Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments. Analytical problem-solver with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement. Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about learning new technologies.
