Lead - MEPF & IT (Design) is responsible for leading the MEPF and IT departments to achieve the organization's CAPEX goals. The Lead - MEPF & IT oversees system repairs and retrofitting, understands various technical indices, and allocates work effectively. Additionally, this role identifies future opportunities, ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages budgets and resources, builds strong stakeholder relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and monitors departmental performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
