Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Lead Manager / Lead Concierge to be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries. This role is responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing incoming leads, ensuring prospective clients receive a premium experience from their first interaction with our business. The successful candidate will act as the gatekeeper of our sales pipeline, identifying qualified opportunities and coordinating site inspections for our Director/Sales Team to progress through the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Response Monitor all inbound leads across phone, email, website enquiries, social media, and third-party platforms. Respond to new enquiries promptly during business hours. Maintain accurate records of all lead activity within the CRM. Follow up with prospects who have enquired but not yet progressed. Lead Qualification Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients using established qualification frameworks. Assess project suitability, budget, timeline, location, and decision-making criteria. Identify high-quality opportunities that align with the company's ideal client profile. Manage and nurture leads that may not yet be ready to proceed. Appointment & Pipeline Coordination Schedule qualified site inspections and consultations for the Director/Sales Team. Ensure all relevant project information is gathered and documented before appointments. Coordinate calendars and appointment logistics. Maintain a structured and organised sales pipeline. Client Experience Deliver an exceptional first impression of the business. Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the initial enquiry stage. Maintain regular communication with prospective clients. Ensure every lead receives professional, timely, and personalised service. Requirements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Speed to lead response. Number of leads contacted and qualified. Qualification-to-appointment conversion rate. Appointment attendance rate. CRM data accuracy and pipeline management. Overall lead-to-opportunity conversion performance.
