The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Lead Design Engineer. The primary purpose of the Lead Design Engineer role is to take ownership of all design outputs and deliverables on allocated projects. This includes coordinating the scheme 3D model, managing equipment interfaces, and producing technical documentation such as drawings, 3D models, and manufacture packs. The Lead Design Engineer is also responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of outputs by supervising, advising, and checking the work of Design Engineers on allocated projects. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
