POSITION SUMMARY Located in the Grand Rapids market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces.  See the fruits of your labor as you transform spaces! Day-to-day responsibilities include: Ensuring strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable) Reading orders and installing countertops to customer specifications Facilitating safe, efficient, and precise installation of products Obtaining proper customer sign off for work completed At Lumbermen’s, our business is built on relationships.  It’s crucial that the person selected to fill this role is a safety-minded team player who gets energy from contributing to collaborative success.   This position offers a $400 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.
