Responsibilities: General Legal Support Provide legal support as a middle-level generalist with strong contract focus for iGaming, payments, IT and commercial projects Draft, review, negotiate and maintain commercial contracts, addenda, NDAs, DPAs/DSAs, referral/introducer agreements, service agreements, IT/SaaS/software development agreements, terms and policies Advise commercial, product, finance and compliance teams on contract structure, liability, payment flow, data, IP, sanctions/AML/KYC and operational risks Review terms and conditions from IT vendors, payment partners, operators and other counterparties Build and update templates, negotiation positions, trackers, contract matrix and internal guidance Payment Connector Project Support the project connecting payment providers and operators where the Company acts as intermediary through referral and introducer agreements Draft, review and negotiate introducer/referral agreements with PSPs, operators and related partners, including commission/revenue share mechanics and payment terms Analyze provider and operator terms, onboarding rules, merchant requirements, transaction flow, chargebacks, reserves, settlements, confidentiality and data protection Coordinate legal onboarding of PSPs/operators with commercial, finance and compliance; track contract stages and outstanding legal blockers Review IT and product agreements related to integrations, API access, support, maintenance, hosting, security, data processing and SLA
