Every single part of our business, from our kitchens through to our spa and our holiday cottages, produces laundry in some form. It’s important for us that every single guest gets the same high standard when they come through our doors, whether that’s sitting down at a table with a freshly pressed napkin or visiting our spa with a lovely clean bath towel and robe. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle all chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH regulations Collect, sort, and transport soiled linen (including bed linen, towels, bath mats, table linen, and kitchen cloths) from collection points. Operate commercial washing machines and tumble dryers in line with manufacturer guidelines and laundry procedures Unload, inspect, and quality-check all items for stains, damage, or wear prior to finishing Iron, press, and fold linen to the required standard using flatwork ironers, steam presses, and hand irons Maintain accurate records of linen quantities in and out, and report discrepancies to the supervisor SKILLS ARE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a laundry environment is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment, or willingness to learn PERKS & BENEFITS Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day one.
