Here’s a glimpse into what your typical day might look like: Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT processes such as system provisioning, access management, and monitoring. Assist in the configuration and administration of core IT platforms, ensuring they remain secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design workflows that reduce manual effort and increase consistency. Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing issues and applying updates to maintain stability.
