Description
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a dedicated Landscape Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting landscape works during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in maintaining project quality and assisting in the successful completion of landscaping projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to verify that landscape construction aligns with approved plans and specifications. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the landscaping process. Identify and report any deviations or defects, recommending appropriate corrective measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and site observations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve any issues. Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in landscape inspection. Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plants, and construction techniques. Attention to detail and excellent observation skills. Effective communication and report writing abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
