This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in land identification, due diligence, stakeholder negotiations, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying suitable land parcels, securing acquisitions, and ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently while meeting legal, commercial, and organizational objectives. As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with legal, engineering, finance, project, and government authorities to manage the complete acquisition lifecycle—from site identification and feasibility assessment to negotiation, documentation, and transaction closure. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously.
