Job Title:  L3 Production Support Engineer Key Skills: Java, SQL, Unix Location:  São Paulo Mode:  In-person We at  Coforge  are hiring  L3 Production Support Engineer  with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve application issues. Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends through code debugging and log analysis. Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders. Enhance application stability and performance by identifying patterns and advising on permanent fixes. Utilize tools developed to automate failure responses and monitor production health.  Identify and automate alerts and processes in collaboration with the Engineering team.  Challenge existing application setups and suggest improvements for stability.  Participate actively in the Change Management process to manage production risks.  Develop and improve run books to minimize operational errors and enhance efficiency.  Create reports that provide trending statistics to track application health and service performance.  Willingness to learn and support proprietary technologies not available in the marketplace.  Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Data Structures and their practical applications.  Proven problem-solving skills in development or production environments, including root cause analysis.  Proficient in UNIX troubleshooting, ETL/batch processes, and capacity management.  Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and functional aspects of problems to drive solutions.  Proficiency in Java and one of the following programming languages: C, C++, or Angular.  Experience with one of the following scripting languages: Shell script, Perl, JavaScript, or Python.  Familiarity with RDBMS environments such as Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2.  Preferred Skills: Experience in the Financial Services Industry.  Knowledge of Cluster Computing and Big Data solutions (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, HDFS) using public cloud.  Posted On: 21-07-2026 At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
