School Kitchen Porters -  London Hospitality2ay are looking for Kitchen Porters to join our team and work within several schools in London on a temporary basis. Bookings range from Nurseries, Primary and Secondary Schools and Higher Education settings and we pride ourselves in delivering a quality service for our candidates and clients. As a Kitchen Porter your role can be working 5 days a week within the times of 7am to 3pm. Shifts are between 4-6 hours long and some roles have the potential to go permanent. Duties as a Kitchen Porter: Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible (washing of pots, pans, surfaces etc..) Loading and unloading of food and equipment deliveries Keep the storeroom organised Dispose waste safely Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards Work Experience Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter preferably within a school or contract catering environment (min 1 year working experience) Confident working in a busy kitchen All Food and Health & Safety training Certificates Hospitality2day are a central London based staffing agency and work with a huge variety of clients in and around London.
