What You'll Do Deliver the cabi Experience Support and uphold cabi's core values and company creed Deliver a personalized styling and service experience that builds real customer relationships Actively clientele using company programs to boost loyalty and engagement Own a strong presence on the sales floor — leading in sales, service, and phone orders Help track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and store goals Lead by Example Promote a positive, professional environment while upholding cabi's standards Support the management team in running store operations and daily tasks Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, supervising Sales Associates as needed Model great customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and accountability Communicate clearly and professionally at every level of the company Keep Things Running Smoothly Help merchandise product to company presentation guidelines Support inventory management and shipment processing Keep the store organized, clean, stocked, and running to standard Help maintain store and banking records, including cash handling and deposits Show up reliably, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays Work independently on the floor or in the backroom as business needs shift What You'll Bring Experience as a Retail Associate, Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for personalized styling Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Comfort handling cash, banking procedures, and store assets with integrity Sharp organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Educatio
