Gather and communicate competitive factors impacting the business, including new competitive items, pricing, and promotions
Work internally with cross-functional teams to develop digital offerings and assortment strategies that adhere to each club partner's parameters while driving profitable growth
Identify white space and online market share opportunities across the portfolio, sizing the profitable growth available in each
Diagnose deficiencies in online conversion and digital penetration, then build the strategies and levers to close them
Drive dot-com tentpole events and promotional moments that generate outsized, profitable online growth
Attributes and Skills
Digital commerce depth (required)
Hands-on experience owning or heavily influencing dot-com sales, with real fluency in conversion funnel, path to purchase, web attribution, affiliates, and the drivers that turn online traffic into conversion
