We are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams . Responsibilities (based on requirements) Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking technical projects from start to finish. Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Support Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking. Help manage project timelines, tasks, and priorities using tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Communicate project updates clearly to team members and stakeholders. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining quality standards. 1–2 years of professional experience in a relevant role Solid technical background Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello is an advantage
