As a  Junior Software Engineer , you will play a key role in the agile Engineering Team; designing, developing, modifying, documenting, testing and deploying complex software to the highest level of quality, with the support and mentorship of senior members of your squad. You will be passionate about working with sophisticated software and eager to grow your skills, with an ability to think on your feet and  identify  new technical opportunities.   What you'll be owning Write and maintain code according to system requirements and technical specifications, ensuring it meets quality standards Provide support with diagnosing and correcting complex production issues Test your work to ensure it meets team quality standards Identify technology limitations in current application and code Pair programming with more senior engineers; growth here isn't an afterthought, you'll learn through hands-on code review and knowledge-sharing sessions Take initiative to debug, fix and improve existing code   What you'll bring Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and SQL Server, or a similar tech stack Skills to design and build great web applications with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript An ability to write beautiful code that runs quickly and robustly - and initiative to debug, fix and improve existing code An ability to write beautiful code that runs quickly and robustly, and initiative to debug, fix and improve existing code A flair for developing excellent user interface and experience An owner's mindset: you take initiative, move at pace, and stay curious about the customer and the product, not just the code A desire to work in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment with a great team Bonus points for exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Docker, Redis or Cosmos DB   Our stack & how we work We're a Microsoft Azure shop, and AI is woven through how we work — not bolted on. Agentic coding is our default: you'll ship features with AI in the loop while keeping engineering quality high, coach the team on getting the best from it, and help improve the prompts and patterns that make it reliable. Our squads manage their own DevOps practices using Terraform to manage IaC and Azure DevOps for code deployments.
