Junior Site Manager Location: Vaasa, Finland (Rotational) Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent About Crown Crown is Ireland's leading specialist roofing, cladding and façade contractor, delivering high-quality projects across Ireland and Europe. We work across a wide range of sectors including digital technology, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland . This is a site-based rotational role , operating on a 3-week rotation with a long weekend at home . Flights and accommodation are provided. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Assist in coordinating labour resources and subcontractors to meet programme requirements. Support the procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules. Coordinate plant and equipment to ensure efficient site operations. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements. Assist with site quality assurance procedures, inspections and snagging. Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Monitor site progress and assist in preparing weekly progress reports. Attend site coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal teams. Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, meeting minutes and photographic records. Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve programme and commercial objectives. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams. Promote and maintain Crown's safety-first culture and professional standards at all times.
