As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to work with European markets. Responsibilities Work with the existing client base; Reactivate and engage clients while developing long-term client relationships; Communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms; Handle a high volume of outbound calls; Consult clients on the company’s products and services; Maintain a high level of customer service; Update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
