And as our Junior Raw Material Developer , you’ll work closely with our Raw Material Development team to make sure our materials and finishes are perfect from day one. Why We Need You Our Raw Material Development Team needs you to be the bridge between our designs and our factories. You will keep track of material samples, manage our swatch libraries, and organize all technical documents (like paint formulas and stain systems). By tracking every detail and working closely with our suppliers, you help ensure that the final product looks exactly like the approved sample. In your first few months, you will learn our internal systems, master our quality steps, and start communicating with our vendors. In a year, you’ll be proud to say you helped streamline our material development process while maintaining high quality standards. Why Article?
