Our users face complex challenges in high-stakes environments, and we are committed to building teams that bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas to solve them.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will work closely with customers, project managers, technical consultants, product teams, and engineers to coordinate implementation activities, manage project timelines, and help ensure successful outcomes for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building the foundation for a career in technology project management. You will gain exposure to software implementation, system integrations, public safety operations, and enterprise-scale SaaS deployments while helping agencies modernize critical systems that serve their communities.
What You'll Do
If you were part of our team, here are some things you might have done last week:

Reviewed project schedules and identified risks, dependencies, or resource constraints that could affect delivery timelines.
Collaborated with technical teams to track integration work, data migration efforts, and testing activities.
Maintained project documentation, updated project plans, and ensured key milestones were accurately reflected in reporting.
Assisted in user acceptance testing coordination and helped customers prepare for training and go-live activities.
Investigated and resolved project-related issues by partnering with internal subject matter experts and customer stakeholders.
Supported multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
What You'll Need
We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or a related field. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and quickly learn complex technical and operational concepts.
Additional qualifications include:
