The Africas Payroll Administrator role is at the heart of our ongoing global payroll operations, acting as the interface between our global customers and in-country partners across Africa to ensure that their payrolls are consistently delivered accurately and on time while providing a best-in-class customer experience.  Alongside working with our in-country partners across Africa, the Payroll Administrator will be managing a portfolio of customers managing the delivery of end-to-end South African payrolls, ensuring that the service is consistently delivered accurately and on time while providing a best-in-class customer experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their payroll career who is eager to build their knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, international environment. The Junior Payroll Administrator will receive support and guidance to develop an understanding of payroll processes, legislation, systems, and customer service best practices. Through hands-on experience and collaboration with experienced colleagues and in-country partners, they will progressively build the skills and confidence needed to manage payroll activities independently and progress within the payroll profession.
