We’re global, remote-friendly, and multicultural, yet we share the same values.    Main tasks:   troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues reported by GetResponse employees  maintaining and managing IT hardware   administering mobile device management (MDM) systems, including Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune  managing SaaS tools and software licenses  assisting with the onboarding of new employees by preparing and configuring necessary IT resources  providing technical support and cooperation across various departments and teams  continuously developing technical skills and staying current with industry trends and best practices  You may be a perfect fit if you have:  experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role  working knowledge of either macOS or Windows 11  ability to effectively use knowledge bases and technical tools  quick learner approach with strong problem-solving skills  proficiency in technical English (min. B2+ written and spoken)  excellent command of the Polish language (native or near to native)  strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and provide user training on hardware and software  Nice-to-have:  familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration  experience with Windows Server administration, including Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure  hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune  practical knowledge of macOS environments  Salary range:  5 050 - 7 150  gross/month on contract of employment  Extra perks include:  private medical care for employees and their family members employee referral program – up to 10 000 PLN for recommending a friend corporate life insurance employee pension program (PPE) flexible working hours and no meeting days – we want to help you adjust your schedule to your activities wellbeing and mental health culture – mental health helpline, sport card etc. modern equipment – most of our teams work on MacBooks English classes internal initiatives like webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and more!
