As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Foreman to join our site team on projects across Finland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career. Working alongside experienced Site Managers and Foremen, you will gain hands-on experience leading site activities while developing your supervisory and leadership skills within a specialist building envelope contractor. Flights and accommodation are provided for this rotational role. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day supervision of roofing, cladding and façade installation works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project management while developing the skills required to progress into a Foreman role. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day supervision of site activities. Support the planning and coordination of labour resources. Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Manager. Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures. Promote a positive safety culture across the site. Assist with site inductions and ensure operatives are compliant with site requirements. Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available when required. Carry out quality inspections and report any defects or issues. Help maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and delivery documentation. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to support efficient project delivery. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and company standards. Support the Site Manager with programme delivery and daily site coordination. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
