About the Role  We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our Customer Solutions team. eager to grow their technical skills and work on real-world projects in a collaborative environment.  Responsibilities  Development and maintenance of software applications   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code   Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams   Participate in code reviews and debugging processes   Support frontend development tasks using JavaScript, HTML, and basic frameworks   Contribute to backend development using Java and object-oriented principles   Learn and apply best practices in software development   Requirements 1 year of hands-on experience in software development   Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML)   Strong understanding of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)   Familiarity with development tools and version control (e.g., Git)   Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail   Good communication skills and ability to work in a team     Nice to Have  Experience with CSS or frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)   Exposure to backend frameworks or APIs   Understanding of software development lifecycle     Benefits Opportunity to grow and learn from experienced developers   Supportive and collaborative work environment   Career development and training opportunities
