Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a Jr. HSE Engineer to join our HSE Department. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Environment, Health & Safety (HSE) Management System at the lead plant. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece. Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes: Support daily Health, Safety & Environment activities Participate in workplace inspections Support in conducting risk assessments Assist in incident investigations Support health and safety programs (PPE, hygiene, signage) Maintain EHS records and develop reports Participate in personnel training, drills and awareness activities Monitor environmental parameters (emissions, waste management, storage of hazardous materials). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Production Engineering and Management/ Energy Technology Engineering or related field 0-2 years of experience in EHS or industrial experience preferably in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Fluency in English & Greek Knowledge of basic HSE principles or/and environmental legislation Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards is a plus Strong safety and compliance mindset High attention to detail and discipline Proactive and willing to learn Benefits What we offer you back A competitive salary based on experience and topped up with other bonuses Transportation to and from the factory by company bus from Kavala, Xanthi, and Komotini.  Health and life insurance for you and your family Continuous learning opportunities Developmental feedback framework & career path International mobility opportunities
