Requirements Requirements vary by role, but we generally look for people who: Excel at creating clarity out of complexity and driving actionable outcomes Bring experience in healthcare IT, Epic, analytics, or related technical fields Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Strive to deliver high-quality, scalable, and sustainable results If you are interested in working in an analyst or project management position, you must have 3+ years of experience and current certifications.
