About the Role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React, AWS, and modern cloud technologies to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a key role in designing and building scalable applications, mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. What You'll Do Design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions and system improvements. Build modern web applications using Python and React/Next.js. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions. Build and support cloud-native applications on AWS. Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices. Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile environment. What We're Looking For Required Skills 5+ years of Software Engineering experience Strong experience with Python (Required) Experience with React and/or Next.js Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices Strong understanding of Software Architecture and System Design Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis/Valkey Hands-on experience with AWS, including: API Gateway Lambda EC2 ECS S3 Amazon SQS Amazon SES Experience with CircleCI and Serverless Framework Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production support Experience working in Agile teams Nice to Have Distributed systems and cloud-native architecture Performance optimization and scalability Mentoring and technical leadership experience Automated testing and CI/CD best practices Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
