Trading Technologies (TT) is scaling its next-generation Compliance platform — a modern, data-driven trade surveillance system used by financial institutions to detect market abuse and satisfy regulatory requirements. Our Prague-based engineering team will play a key role in delivering a fully modernised platform — focused on usability, speed, and real-time decision-making for compliance professionals. We are looking for a high-potential Java Developer to help build the next generation of our surveillance tools. This is a "learn-by-doing" role where you will be paired with senior mentors to work on massive datasets. You will help maintain our data ingestion pipelines and gain hands-on experience with the latest cloud and AI technologies.
