Job Title: Porter LV Petroleum is seeking a dedicated Porter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help ensure our facilities are clean, organized, and safe, providing a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout our facilities. WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 2125 North 9th Street, Salina, KS. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular cleaning tasks in various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is prepared for daily operations. Assist with setup and teardown for events, ensuring all required materials are accessible. Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the facilities management team. Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting customers with inquiries. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in custodial, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
