You Are: ITSM Operations Analyst
The Work
The Project Analyst will support the Migration PM for the M365 tenant migration. This role assists with managing project timelines, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and supporting a variety of stakeholders throughout the migration effort. The Project Analyst will track and manage project status, risks, and task delivery across the overall project plan and will also support the PM with meeting‑material creation and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Migration PM in managing the M365 tenant‑migration project plan
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and assist with day‑to‑day project execution
Track and manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables
Assist with meeting‑material creation, documentation, and stakeholder communications
Maintain project status updates, dashboards, and governance materials
Support stakeholder engagement through preparation of reports, notes, and action‑item tracking
Ensure alignment of project activities with migration requirements and strategic goals
Here’s What You Need:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience supporting project or program management activities
Ability to track and manage timelines, risks, and cross‑team coordination
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Bonus Points If:
Experience supporting cloud or M365 migration efforts
Background in federal delivery or governance environments

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $53,900 — $120,100 USD
