By 2030 we aim to be one of the world’s leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.  As a rapidly growing advisory firm operating across complex and highly regulated environments, Interpath relies on secure, resilient and scalable technology to support both client delivery and internal operations.  The IT Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in leading the delivery of enterprise systems, infrastructure and tooling initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively, governed appropriately, and aligned to long-term architectural strategy.  This is a technically hands-on project delivery role requiring strong governance alongside the ability to engage credibly with engineers, architects and third-party providers. You will operate as part of a globally distributed IT function with UK-based leadership, working flexibly to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder alignment.  Responsibilities:  Lead a portfolio of complex technology initiatives across infrastructure, cloud platforms, security tooling, integrations and business-critical applications   Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, cost and quality parameters   Translate strategic objectives into structured technical roadmaps and detailed implementation plans   Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and validate technical designs, integration patterns and non-functional requirements   Identify and manage technical, architectural and operational risks, embedding mitigation strategies into delivery plans   Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring effective resource and capacity planning   Operate robust change governance processes, including technical impact assessment and change control   Ensure smooth transition of solutions into live environments, aligned with IT service management practices   Support vendor evaluation, technical due diligence and technology selection processes     Values   Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives.
