After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave. In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. About the Role   We’re hiring a proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and improve our cloud-based SaaS environment. This role focuses on systems ownership, identity and access management, and security operations—ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and efficient access to the tools they need.   You’ll independently manage core platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, identity systems), resolve complex issues, and drive automation and process improvements to scale IT operations.   Key Responsibilities   Security Tools - Administration, Enhancement & Proactive Monitoring   Serve as the primary administrator for key security platforms including Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and Mimecast   Continuously evaluate, improve, and tune security tools to strengthen detection, response, and overall security posture   Proactively monitor alerts, logs, and system health to identify and remediate issues before they impact the business   Lead or assist in security incident response, triage, and post-incident review   Maintain up-to-date configurations, policies, and documentation across all security platforms   Microsoft 365 Administration   Manage and administer M365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive   Handle user lifecycle management - provisioning, de-provisioning, licensing, and access controls   Monitor tenant health, enforce security policies, and manage compliance and DLP configurations &n
