Job overview As an IT System Administrator at Medius, you will be a key member of the Group IT team, responsible for the operation, security, and continuous improvement of Medius’ internal IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to ensure high availability, strong security, and an excellent end‑user experience across a global, cloud‑first environment. The role spans system administration, endpoint and user support, security operations, and automation, with exposure to both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations. This role also contributes to the Medius IT Service Desk, supporting internal users with requests and incidents ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3. Responsibilities and Duties Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune Monitor, maintain, and improve Azure-based infrastructure and services Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across all supported platforms • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures Provide Tier 1-3 support to internal users across global offices.
