Supporting clients across the globe in over 30 countries.     As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging directly with IT customers to resolve IT issues as they arise. You will have excellent customer facing experience with strong communication skills and be flexible given the dynamic nature of the IT business and will be able to handle change in a professional manner.      Duties and Responsibilities:    ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional team member within the Helpdesk team  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for resolving customer queries and collaborating with the team to address issues  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in projects as needed  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain clear and effective customer communication  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Engage continuously in professional development  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and maintain IT systems documentation as required   Requirements          Skills / Qualifications:     ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support environment   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, and Windows desktop operating systems   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Skilled in network and firewall troubleshooting   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent understanding of email routing and related protocols            Advantageous Skills / Technologies:     ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with scripting for automation, including PowerShell and Batch scripting   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with backup solutions, including Veeam and Zerto   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of server and storage infrastructure   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
