Description
About QuantHealth QuantHealth is a growing AI startup in the clinical trial space, leveraging AI, biomedical data, knowledge graphs, and real-world patient data to simulate and optimize clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies. Our platform combines large-scale biomedical knowledge, clinical trial data, and patient-level data to help customers simulate clinical trials, reduce development risk and cost, shorten timelines, and improve the probability of clinical trial success.   About the Role We're looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own IT operations across the company: employee support, identity and access management, our Mac fleet, and SaaS administration. You'll work closely with security leadership to keep sensitive clinical and partner data protected, with real ownership in a fast-moving startup.   What You'll Do Be the go-to person for employee IT support, and own onboarding/offboarding end-to-end (devices, accounts, access). Manage our macOS fleet via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle): zero-touch deployment, configuration, patching, and encryption. Administer our identity provider and SaaS stack: SSO integrations, MFA, RBAC, and periodic access reviews. Run office IT: network, meeting rooms, hardware inventory, and vendors. Support security and compliance: IT controls and audit evidence (ISO 27001, GDPR), phishing and lost-device response, and clear documentation.   Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on IT experience in a Mac-first environment. Experience managing macOS with an MDM platform and Apple Business Manager. Hands-on experience with a cloud identity provider and SSO/SAML integrations; solid IAM fundamentals (MFA, RBAC, least privilege). Networking basics (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls) and strong troubleshooting instincts. Service orientation, attention to detail, and clear communication in English and Hebrew. Nice to have: scripting (shell/Python), EDR and macOS hardening, ISO 27001/SOC 2 audit experience, AWS exposure.
