We are looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our busy and innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader. As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs.
