Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Security Lead to help manage, support, and secure the technology environment that powers our growing eCommerce business. This role serves as the primary technical resource for employee technology, business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting users, improving systems, and driving operational excellence across a fast-paced organization. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future of technology and security at Vego Garden. Essential Responsibilities: IT Operations Serve as the primary escalation point for IT support requests across the organization. Provide technical support for employees across office, warehouse, and remote environments. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and business application issues. Configure, deploy, maintain, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access management. Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and software licenses. Business Applications & Systems Support Support Google Workspace and related productivity platforms. Troubleshoot issues involving ERP, WMS, CRM, shipping, and eCommerce systems. Partner with internal teams to improve business processes and technology adoption. Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues. Assist with application implementation, upgrades, and user training. Infrastructure & Networking Support office and warehouse network environments, including Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, printers, and conference room technology. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology projects. Ensure reliability and availability of business-critical systems. Cybersecurity Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment through implementation of security best practices. Manage user access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and device security policies. Support vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security monitoring efforts.
