THE ROLE You are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth. We are looking for a builder: someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack. WHAT YOU WILL DO Foundations (first months) - Select and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management - Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle - Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant) - Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow IT Operations & Support - Point of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan - Remote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin - SLAs and a reusable internal knowledge base Onboarding / Offboarding & access - Devices and access ready for every new hire's day one, across all countries - Tracked account provisioning and deprovisioning - Asset inventory and lifecycle (purchase, assignment, reassignment, decommissioning) SaaS & Vendor Management - Ownership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats - Manage IT vendors (hardware and software procurement), tracking performance and spend - Multi-country hardware logistics: shipping, customs, VAT, local warranties Workplace & AV - Set up and run audio/video equipment for all-hands and company-wide presentations - Meeting rooms: booking system, microphones, screens, room reliability MUST-HAVE - Experience in IT ops / IT support at a growing company, with at least one setup built or structured independently - Comfort with MDM and an IdP (Google Workspace, Okta or similar) - Vendor and budget management - Comfort with on-site work on AV and events - Fluent Italian and English NICE-TO-HAVE - Experience in multi-country (EU) environments - Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2) - Spanish or German OUT OF SCOPE - Security architecture and compliance policy definition (owned by Eng/Security; you own operational IAM) - Internal software development SUCCESS IN THE FIRST MONTHS - 90 days: onboarding/offboarding on a process and tracked; complete asset inventory; IdP and MDM live; support model defined - 6 months: SaaS map and spend under control with a rationalization plan; device-ready onboarding across all countries within SLA; reliable all-hands and meeting rooms WHAT SETS US APART An Exceptional Team At http://lexroom.
