    Summary Owns the administration and operational performance of IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, network, and backup systems. Serves as the primary escalation point and technical lead. This is a temporary position employed through an agency.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure Manage switching, firewall rule implementation, VPN, and wireless networks Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents Lead incident resolution for infrastructure-related issues Lead root cause analysis and problem management efforts Execute and lead complex changes, upgrades, and deployments Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are effective Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability across all sites Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance Coordinate with vendors and support multi-site infrastructure needs Provides Cable Plant Management. Coordinates warranty service and return merchandise authorizations. Collects, records, and distributes technical and administrative documentation. Organizes technical and administrative electronic records assuring integrity. Assists with the development and compliance of department policies, procedures and work instructions. Comply with company Information Security requirements and policies Maintains a well-organized and clean layout in defined storage areas. Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts. Other duties as assigned.
