Description
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, user support, and basic infrastructure administration. This role ensures staff have reliable access to devices, systems, networks, and tools while maintaining security and uptime. Role Summary You will be responsible for user support, network maintenance, endpoint security, IT asset tracking, and vendor coordination. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and ensuring secure digital operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for all Colombo office staff Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 user and group management Manage office LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and uptime Firewall setup, configuration, monitoring, and security management VPN implementation, access management, and user support IT security monitoring, risk management, and vulnerability management Asset management and maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories Onboarding and offboarding of devices and software Endpoint management and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) implementation and enforcement Handle full device and access lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers per the Homey JML Policy Provision and decommission accounts and software licences on onboarding and offboarding Conduct periodic asset audits and coordinate hardware procurement and disposal Support backup verification, IT documentation, and audit evidence preparation Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers on issues and SLAs Contribute to the IT components of the Homey BCP/DR Plan (HTL-BCP-01) Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in an IT support, IT operations, or systems administration role Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments at an enterprise administration level Solid networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall administration Hands-on experience configuring and monitoring firewalls Experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Practical experience with endpoint MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, or equivalent) Working knowledge of DLP policy implementation and enforcement Strong troubleshooting and prioritisation skills High ownership mindset and clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Freshservice Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience in tech or service-based companies Benefits Competitive Salary: Commensurate with experience.
