We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.     We are looking for a passionate IT Business Analyst to join our team and help make things happen! As part of our Product team, you will be at the heart of developing and running systems (16+ systems) that support HR, Group compliance, Patents and Legal at Ascendis Pharma. You will work across multiple systems and may own one or more, with responsibility for compliance requirements and daily operations You will join the Global Support Function IT Product team within Global IT - a small dynamic team of four friendly colleagues. You will report directly to People Leader Lene Rhein Larsen, who is based in Hellerup, and your workplace will also be our Hellerup office. Your key responsibilities will be to: Demonstrate strong system flair, with the ability to understand and navigate in technical solutions, bridging technologies and business processes. Collect requirements from the business related to changes to existing systems or projects, and be able to translate these into User Stories (supporting our agile way of working) Ensure progress of the tasks at hand and the ability to reach out to stakeholders to collect input, as well as keeping track and ensuring overview of decisions Participate in daily operations across multiple systems with many interactions with other colleagues in IT. Confidently challenging requirements to ensure simplicity, robustness, and with a risk-based approach. Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key competencies and qualifications: You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or something completely different. You must thrive in a setting where you deliver as a team and take on the tasks at hand according to your abilities. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are part of everyday work. You have: Experience working in a product-oriented environment Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within team Knowledge of, and preferably experience with, agile and self-organizing teams Structured and organized approach to work Experience with technologies and processes within HR, Legal, Group Compliance, or Patent functions—particularly contract management, patent administration, or equity programs—is considered a plus, but not a requirement.   Travel: 5-10 days per year.
