And we need your help to keep moving forward. We’re looking for a IT Administrator to take support of our internal IT infrastructure, scale our systems securely, and continuously improve the way we work through automation. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our technology backbone and enabling smooth, secure day-to-day operations across the company.  What you will do: Maintain, monitor, and optimize internal IT systems, networks, and hardware  Set up, configure, and manage devices, software, operating systems, and accounts  Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring business continuity  Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors  Implement IT infrastructure upgrades, software patches, and system configurations  Contribute to IT security initiatives and internal policy enforcement  Support team members with hardware, software, and account-related issues  Participate in change management and continuously improve internal IT practices  What we expect: Proven experience in IT Administration or a similar role in a modern, hybrid/remote environment. Proven experience with macOS (Jamf) management and administration, including system deployment and scripting. Windows administration management is a bonus. Practical knowledge of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic switching/routing concepts.  Experience with endpoint setup and maintenance: laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.  Solid understanding of networks, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and access controls. Awareness of cybersecurity practices and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST. Analytical mindset, initiative, and a track record of solving complex problems proactively. Strong communication and documentation skills - clear, helpful, and empathetic. Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English are required.
