This role is designed for a hands-on infrastructure professional who can keep systems stable, secure, and well-documented — while resolving employee issues quickly and professionally.   You will manage IT infrastructure and endpoint environments, drive upgrades and patching, maintain strong security hygiene, and ensure business continuity through backups and recovery readiness.   What You’ll Do   System & Network Administration   Maintain and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.   Ensure network reliability, performance, and security across office and remote setups.   Administer core services and configurations (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN).   Employee IT Support & Troubleshooting   Provide L1/L2 support to employees — diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.   Own incident closure with clear timelines, proactive communication, and strong follow-through.   Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution.   System Upgrades, Patching & Maintenance   Plan and execute regular system/software updates, security patches, and upgrades.   Monitor system health and performance; proactively prevent recurring issues.   Maintain standardized configurations and enforce IT hygiene best practices.   Hardware & Asset Management   Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.   Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking (issuance, repairs, replacements, returns).   Ensure onboarding/offboarding IT readiness (dev
