For more corporate and product information please visit our website at http://www.take2games.com .  The Challenge The Take-Two Interactive Legal Publishing team is responsible for protecting genre-defining franchises including Grand Theft Auto , Borderlands, Bioshock, Civilization , and more.  We disrupt harmful and unauthorized commercial exploitation of world-famous IP while ensuring that our fans and creator communities can engage with the properties that they love.  As IP Enforcement Analyst you combine an investigative mindset and familiarity with the video game industry to execute our IP protection strategy, safeguarding fan communities while aggressively targeting commercialized IP theft.  Reporting to legal counsel based in Singapore, you are responsible for the identification, triage, and removal of infringing content across a variety of social media and ecommerce platforms.  You will collaborate with team members located in India, the US, and key support staff at our outside IP enforcement vendors.    What You’ll Take On Manage and analyze daily intake of infringing leads to distinguish between legitimate community engagement and actionable copyright or trademark infringement. Draft and process DMCA takedown notices and trademark infringement reports across all major social media platforms, ecommerce marketplaces, and common gamer-community platforms (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, modding platforms). Perform rigorous first-level infringement investigations, compiling evidence and identifying bad actors to support legal enforcement action. Conduct proactive research to identify emerging threats and grey-market trends. Serve as a primary interface for our outside brand protection vendors, ensuring that our infringement search protocols are accurate, effective, and promptly escalate complex issues for lawyer review.  Work directly with the IP enforcement lawyers to escalate and respond to urgent or high-profile infringement targets.     What You Bring University degree in law, business, or information technology.  2-4 years experience in Brand Protection, IP Enforcement, Anti-Fraud / Digital Risk Management or equivalent roles at a major western multinational corporation. Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal) with ability to communicate legal and technical nuance to US-based leadership.  Foundational understanding of copyright and trademark infringement principles; deep familiarity with common infringement reporting methods (DMCA takedowns, social media platform reporting tools, etc.). Sophisticated understanding of gaming ecosystems including virtual currencies, modding communities, and virtual asset marketplaces. An investigative mindset capable of identifying and effectively targeting the financial and technical support structures for infringing commercial operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong ability to balance multiple matters simultaneously.  Flexibility to maintain working hour overlap with London and New York business hours for direct collaboration.  Genuine desire and enthusiasm to work in the video games industry; must be a great teammate with common sense, kindnes
