Your Mission Build and run the internal operations that let Prior Labs make the most of being part of SAP while staying independent and fast. You will own the internal-operations side of our SAP relationship: shaping how the two companies work together and building the processes that make it real. What you'll do - Partner with SAP on the operational side of joining a global company: understand what each requirement is for, shape how it is adopted, and make sure it fits how Prior Labs works. - Map our operating needs onto SAP systems and build the processes that connect them, so we benefit from SAP's scale (global payroll, data protection, tooling) with a setup fit for a fast growing scale-up. - Build and document the internal operations that run the company day to day across Finance, Compliance, HR, Legal, and Product Ops, designing workflows that work in Linear, Slack, and email. - Translate SAP processes and requirements into clear internal guides and concrete steps the team can follow. - Automate the repetitive operational work, reaching for LLMs and similar tools first, so the Ops function scales without headcount growing in step. - Own cross-functional project management for the internal-operations side of the SAP relationship: plan and sequence the work, track commitments, deadlines, and dependencies across the wider Ops team and SAP count
