As Internal Communications Intern, you will create and contribute to content in a variety of formats, from company-wide announcements and intranet content to storytelling-focused employee interviews published both internally and on our external careers blog. You will work on real internal communications shared across the company and support key initiatives such as our participation in Great Place to Work, a global authority that evaluates workplace culture and recognizes top-performing companies. You will learn how to turn complex information into clear, engaging content while collaborating with teams across the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to start in a global role and gain meaningful, hands-on experience early in your career.
What will you do?
Draft and edit internal communication materials, including company-wide announcements, intranet articles, and employee stories
Research initiatives and gather input from teams across the company to turn information into clear, structured content
Conduct interviews with employees and stakeholders to support internal/external storytelling and content creation
Contribute to projects such as Great Place to Work by gathering inputs, organizing materials, and supporting content development
What skills and knowledge will you bring?
Professional-level English proficiency with strong writing ability; bilingual or near-native fluency is a plus
Experience writing and editing long-form content such as articles, interviews, or similar editorial formats
Ability to research topics, gather input from multiple sources, and translate information into clear, structured content
Practical familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for content creation and research
Hands-on experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
