About the Team Our international and agile team is looking for a motivated person to work as an Intern (m/f/d) Launch Systems Engineering. Then apply with us.  Your Tasks Contribute to the development of launch systems from concept to manufacturing (end-to-end) Work with the Launch team to set and define requirements for various work packages across different projects Clearly document work packages and requirements, according to company standards Design and analyze major subsystems of the launch site and vehicle interfaces (i.e. mechanical, fluidic, electrical systems) Integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (from the office and potentially on-site) Conduct hands-on testing, gather data, and analyze results   Your Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Fluid Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field for the duration of the internship Demonstrated experience working with complex multidisciplinary projects (i.e. in student rocketry or automotive teams) Able to understand the big picture and the different levels of complexity of launch site systems Capable of working independently, while prioritizing various tasks Experience with CAD (preferably Siemens NX), P&IDs, or programming skills (Excel VBA, Python, MATLAB) are a plus Fluent in written and spoken English Hands-on experience with tools and equipment in a lab or manufacturing setting   We offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass Paid Time Off: 20 days annual leave and special leave days RFA Family: Join regular company and team events Parking: Free parking for car and bike Insights   Ready to take the next step?
