Description
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll collaborate with experts, trainers, and other stakeholders within the company to create effective, efficient, and engaging learning experiences. This means taking the lead in the creation process as well as being part of the creation and development of training material (e.g. support the recording of training videos, give advice on formats, create e-learnings in an authoring tool)   This role, with its strong focus on instructional design, will account for approximately 70% of your time, complemented by 30% dedicated to training administration and coordination activities to support the Operations team. Administration will focus mostly on onboarding follow up, learning path maintenance and coordination of global alignment on onboarding plans.    You are responsible for: Conducting a needs analysis to identify learning objectives and target audience characteristics for a specific training request.      Gathering information and insights from experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to support the development of a training.     Creating  training materials, bringing effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences, according to the instructional design principles, learning theories, and OMP guidelines.   Taking the lead  from start to finish  in multiple  training creation or conversion tracks with the focus on e-learning.   Process ing  training subscriptions   and  c oordinat ing  training  logistics , including managing participant lists, teacher planning, room bookings, and overall session organization.     Maintain ing  and updat ing  the training schedule and materials in the LMS ( PeopleFluent ) , ensuring a ccurac y and  timely  adjustments.     Collaborat ing  internally and with other teams  on new hire forecasting, onboarding timelines, and learning path alignment.     Your team As our new Instructional Designer, you’ll be part of the Training Services team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Learning Services team.
