JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Infrastructure Director - Mixed Use. This senior position requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience to lead and oversee infrastructure projects across mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring integration across multiple project components. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure for mixed-use projects. Develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans aligned with overall project goals. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively. Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior staff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure development. Engage with government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, specifically in mixed-use projects. Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives. Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure design, construction, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in infrastructure projects. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
